Snug (small additional living room) with TV and additional ground floor sofa bed (note: there is only ground floor toilets - a shower would need to be found upstairs).

Large formal dining room (Seating for 20 persons), highchairs are available

Large kitchen equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and bean to cup coffee machine

2 x WC

Breakfast room (Seating for 12)

Games room with pool table, darts board, TV

Hot Tub (Outside)

Room 1:

1 x Superking bed which separates into two single beds plus additional single trundle bed below, plus single sofa bed.  Space for one cot in addition.  Shower room with toilet. TV with fire stick.

Room 2:

1 x Superking bed which separates into two single beds plus additional single trundle bed below.  One extra sofa bed in addition, plus room for a cot. Shower room with toilet. TV with fire stic.

Room 3:

1 x Superking bed which separates into two single beds.  Large shower room with toilet.  Room for a cot. TV with fire stick,

Room 6:

1 x Superking bed which separates into two single beds.  Bathroom with shower in bath and toilet.  Room for a cot. TV.

Room 7:

1 x Superking bed which separates into two single beds.  Toilet with sink. TV.

Room 8:

1 x Superking bed which separates into two single beds plus additional single bed below. Space for either one pull out bed or cot.  Large shower room with toilet.  TV

Room 4:

1 x Single bed.  Shower room with toilet.  TV. 

Room 5:

1 x Kingsize bed, plus sofa bed.  Large shower room with toilet.  TV.
